Listed below are our whole-house general initial/maintenance and deep cleaning services. Our maintenance and general initial tasks are the same, the only difference is that the first time in, we will work harder to get things caught up to that maintenance level. You are able to pick and choose from our list of services, what you need. If there is something that isn't listed, feel free to ask. It may be something we could add.

Maintenance Cleaning (Whole House)

• Dust fans, lights, walls, doors/trim, sills, lock ledges, window & wall décor- all that can be reached with a small step stool

• Dust lamps & shades, knick-knacks, shelves (with less than 60% covered)

• Dust furniture

• Spot wipe furniture as needed

• Clean all glass furniture

• Dust banisters

• Empty trash, reline

• Sheet change on one bed is included upon request

• Vacuum floors, reaching under small furniture, as able. 

• Vacuum stairs (damp wipe if wood)

• Mop floors

  Kitchen & Eat-In

• Dust furniture

• Countertops cleaned, move everything, clean & replaced-we do not move piles of papers and counters covered more than 60%

• Outside of small appliances cleaned

• Spot check cabinets

• Microwave: inside & outside clean

• Stove/Oven- clean outside

• Clean hood

• Dishwasher- clean outside

• De-crumb toaster and clean outside

• Toaster oven- clean outside

• Clean the outside of the refrigerator (We clean around magnets, papers, and artwork)

• Scrub sink

  Bathrooms

• Scrub toilet inside/out

• Clean sink & vanity

• Clean & buff mirror & chrome

• Spot check all cabinets

• Dust the towel racks & toilet paper holder

• Scrub shower & tub

• Hand wash floors & baseboards around toilet areas (vac rugs on bedroom floor, fold & leave on tub/toilet)

• We will work to remove hard water, rust, and mold if possible. Please note that mold sometimes grows inside the caulking and will not be able to be cleaned. Not all hard water will come clean, and severe hard water stains will etch into glass and will not be able to be cleaned off. Additionally, if your bathroom has natural stone, we cannot guarantee hard water removal as this process requires the use of acids that are not safe for use on natural stone products.

Deep Cleaning (Whole House)

Includes everything on the maintenance list plus…….

• Wash all doors, door frames, baseboards, window frames, and window sills 

• Wash all mirrors 

• Wash all cabinets (kick plates as well)

• Wash the top of the refrigerator

• Wash all light switch covers/surrounds

Additional Services

These can be done upon request for an additional charge

• Remove all books from bookshelves, dust, and replace items
• Clean the inside of the refrigerator
• Clean inside the oven
• Vacuum couch- top and under cushions
• Parts of the deep clean list to be done routinely
