Maid Spotless Cleaning Services is looking for a goal-driven Office Assistant to work directly alongside management to help support the continued growth of our company.

The majority of the position will be work from home so you’ll need to use a computer with a microphone and camera and have reliable internet service. Our phone system can run directly through your computer. This is a Sales Position but there won't be any cold calling!

Responsibilities Will Include (but not limited to):

• Communicating with clients and staff on changes and updates
• Providing phone estimates
• Coordinating and managing schedule
• Purchasing supplies, equipment, etc.
• Updating & keeping Client Files up to date
• Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, etc.
• Invoicing
• Researching and looking for ways to make operations run smoother
• Creating graphics to use in marketing and training
• Performing other relevant duties to assist management as needed

Compensation will be based on applicants skills, qualifications, and experience.
